Spiral Flex coaxial Cable
Harbour Industries recently released a new generation of high performance low loss coaxial cables designed for a number of applications including military and commercial aviation, communications, and test equipment. Spiral Flex Coax is available in two sizes and is considerably more flexible than other spiral strip shielded constructions on the market. The increase in flexibility is achieved by use of stranded center conductors and a specially formulated 105° C jacketing compound with a low coefficient of friction. Just like their SS Spiral Strip counterparts, the SFL Spiral Flex Coax cables offer excellent shielding effectiveness. RF leakage performance of -110 dB has been measured which exceeds the noise level of the test equipment. Standard connectors are readily available from a number of sources.
